Why didn't Bob Hoover's drink spill when he rolled his aircraft fully around its axis?

People are confusing the issue. It is not positive or negative or centrifugal, it is exactly a one G maneuver. More than one G (centrifugal)would not allow the drink to be poured, or even drank from the gl.
