The angelfish are probably picking on them, though it could be the pleco, or just that many of the fish you have are very active and that could make the platies uncomfortable.The set-up does seem prett well rounded, but I'd recommend: 3 more tetras (whatever those 3 are), 4 more neons, 2 more black widows, and 2 more angels. Also, although these are mainly good community fish, consider getting rid of the platies and possibly the molly if hiding continues to be a problem. They aren't the type of fish that normally hide.
