What is with all the Viagra commercials?

With all the medical problems in the world (like cancer) who cares a crumb if a guy can't get it up or not? Maybe if you can't get it up you should just forget it and spend your time on more worth while things. (like spending more than every other weekend that you fathered when "it" was working)
