Kx 125 flooding?

starts once then dies then fuel in thru over flo pipes float in carb is free and sealing as soon as i rev it it dies then wont start again til fuel evaporated this bike was runing sound and seems to have a mind of its own it will kick or bump 1st time then die help please piston and rigs are gud just seems to be constantly flooding
