Why African's have more repect for white people, than they do black people in america?

Possibly because the Africans I know came here, got degrees, opened businesses without help from anyone. By and large a lot of black Americans drop out of school dress, act and speak in a disrespectful manner and blame the fictional boogieman of racism for them not getting ahead in life. Clearly it is not skin color holding them back but you just can't make people have a work ethic, speak properly, or want to go to school. I guarantee anyone in this country regardless of race that works hard, gets an education, sets goals for themselves can do anything anyone else can,
