Stalker friend?

I have this friend who follows me & my friends everywhere!! My friends think she is annoying but we still hang out with her & stuff to be nice... There are so many things that bug me about her! If i was mean to her she would still follow us though, bec. my friends would not tel her off! she tries to be funny and she is not & wastes our time with her pointless stories, and we pretend to listen to. There is another group of s who accually like her!! Why can't she hang out with them?! We have been friends for a while so i can't just blow her off because she hangs out with my friends too so i would see her all the time!! She is also very immature and laughs at her own jokes!! i do not want to just tell her to stop following my friends & i because my friends would probably think it was mean and be mad at me &the group of s that accually likes her would be mad at me too so how do i get her to stop following my friends & i without telling her? she is so frekin sensative too! ahh help!
