Question about dropping a cl?

i go to a junior college. i want to drop a cl with a WF. but i plan on transferring to a university in the future. will the university look down on this or will it be okay? also if i do this what happens with my financial aid? how much would i have to pay back? we just took the midterm so i would say that 50% of the cl was finished. and i heard that if you finish 60% of the cl than the financial aid money is permanently yours. is it worth to just not pay them back and finish out the school year with a F? thanks
