I'm 13, I'm 4'10", I weigh 100 lbs, I go to the gym for 35-60 minutes most days of the week and do 4 days worth of dance PE at school. Breakfast is usually quaker oats maple brown sugar oatmeal, for lunch, I usually have oranges, water, cheese-itz, peanuts, and a trio or nutrigrain bar and for dinner I usually have chicken and rice and veggies. And people still call me fat! Is this healthy enough? Is there anything I need to do?
