If so many men are against implants then why are they considered "hot"?

Talk about conflicting. You look at what's supposed to be every man's fantasy girl and open up a Play Boy and most of the girls have gigantic implants or perhaps just small implants, fact is it's all implants! stars have implants! Hello Jenna Jameson and Pamela Anderson? So explain to me how women like them, Britney Spears, Christina Aguilara, Carmen Electra, and any other female celebrity with implants is considered the ultimate fantasy and yet so many guys will say implants are nasty? I ask becuase I'm considering it and my boyfriend is upset and says they're gross and hates them.
