HOW DO I GET MY PICTURES OFF OF WORD? PLEASE I NEED YOUR HELP!!?

After clicking the PrtSc/Sysrq open Paint and paste it there, from file menu save file in JPG format on your desktop or to the location where you want to save it. Now you can import this picture other softwares. :)
