Can i transfer universities after the second year?

You can transfer but the chances that you'll get onto the third year are small, nil if you want to change your course even slightly. But if you're happy to do your second year over again then your chances are much better. The first year doesn't count towards you degree, so you'll have to prove that you have the knowledge gained from that year, but the fact that you are educated to second year standard will work in your favour. Find a course that you want and speak to the head of that course directly.
